NON-SURGICAL SPINAL DECOMPRESSION
For disc problems and sciatica, when you'd rather not have surgery. No incisions, no medication, no downtime.

Spinal decompression uses a motorized table to gently and precisely stretch the spine, creating negative pressure inside the disc. That reduced pressure helps take load off a bulging or herniated disc and eases the pressure on the nerve that's causing your pain. You lie on the table, comfortably, for about 20 minutes. That's the whole thing.
What it may help with
Herniated or bulging discs
Sciatica and radiating leg pain
Degenerative disc disease
Chronic lower back pain
Neck pain with arm numbness or tingling
Facet joint syndrome
Decompression works cumulatively — this isn't a one-visit fix. Most patients follow a plan of several sessions over a few weeks, usually alongside adjustments and soft tissue work. After a real evaluation, Dr. Nick will tell you honestly whether you're a good candidate. If you're not, he'll tell you that too — and point you toward what will actually help.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It's non-invasive, drug-free, and there's no recovery time. For the right patient, it's a way to address the source of disc and nerve pain without going under the knife.

TIRED OF LIVING AROUND THE PAIN?
Individual results vary. Spinal decompression is not appropriate for every patient or condition. A full evaluation is required.
