MEET DR. NICK LOUGHREN

Cinematic Portrait of a Confident Bearded Man.png

Dr. Nick built Strive around a simple idea: patients get better when someone actually listens. Before he adjusts anything, he wants to understand what you're dealing with — what hurts, when it started, what makes it worse, and what you're trying to get back to doing. Then he explains what's happening in plain English and tells you exactly what the plan is and how long it should take. He treats everyone from weekend golfers and pickleball players to office workers, retirees, and high school athletes. What they have in common is that they came in because something hurt — and left because it didn't anymore.

ABOUT DR. NICK

Dr. Nick earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic — the founding school of the profession — in 2020, and has been treating patients in Southwest Florida ever since. Before chiropractic, he competed as a professional baseball player, so he understands athletic injury and recovery from the inside: the demand you put on your body, and how much it matters to get back to full strength. Off the clock, he's a dedicated family man. That combination — elite-athlete discipline and a real care for people — is what patients feel the moment they walk in.

MEET DR. Colton Woodbury

For Dr. Colton Woodbury, chiropractic care is more than a profession—it’s a commitment to helping people move better, feel better, and live more fully.

Today, as the chiropractor at Gulf Coast Chiropractic in Fort Myers, Florida, Dr. Colton brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to every patient interaction. He believes that true health goes beyond simply treating symptoms and that understanding why the body is experiencing dysfunction is just as important as addressing the discomfort itself.

ABOUT DR. Colton

Utilizing Applied Kinesiology, chiropractic adjustments, and a whole-body approach to wellness, Dr. Colton evaluates the interconnected relationship between the body’s structural, biochemical, and emotional systems—often referred to as the Triad of Health.

His approach recognizes that no two patients are alike, and their care shouldn’t be either. By combining traditional chiropractic techniques with individualized assessments, he works to identify contributing factors, restore healthy movement, and support the body’s natural ability to function at its best.

Dr. Colton enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing concerns ranging from neck and back pain, headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction to sports injuries, mobility restrictions, and chronic musculoskeletal discomfort. He also has a passion for helping athletes improve their movement, supporting families in their wellness journeys, and empowering patients to take a proactive role in their health.

Known for his approachable personality, attentive listening, and genuine investment in his patients, Dr. Colton strives to create an environment where everyone feels heard, understood, and confident in their care. He believes that education is an essential part of healing and takes pride in helping patients better understand their bodies rather than simply telling them what is wrong.

Outside the office, Dr. Colton continues to embrace an active lifestyle. Whether playing volleyball, working out, or enjoying recreational sports, he understands the importance of staying active, moving comfortably, and doing the things you love.

His personal connection to chiropractic care began long before he became a doctor. Growing up as an active athlete participating in basketball, football, and track, Dr. Colton struggled with severe inflammation of the growth plates in his feet. What should have been the excitement of playing sports often ended in excruciating pain, making even walking after practices and games incredibly difficult.

After seeking answers through podiatrists, orthopedic specialists, and pain management, relief remained elusive. That changed when he discovered chiropractic care.

Through consistent chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Colton experienced a remarkable improvement in his symptoms, becoming almost completely pain-free. Chiropractic became part of his regular routine, helping him stay active and manage his discomfort until his growth plates eventually closed.

That experience didn’t just change how he felt. It changed the direction of his life.

Having experienced firsthand the impact chiropractic care could have on his quality of life, Dr. Colton knew he wanted to provide that same opportunity for others.

His philosophy is simple: Don’t just chase symptoms. Understand the body, address the underlying causes, and help patients thrive.

At Gulf Coast Chiropractic, Dr. Colton’s goal is to help every patient move better, feel better, and experience a greater quality of life—because he knows firsthand just how life-changing the right care can be.
